William Crafferty

Lincoln -William G. Crafferty, 62, husband of Donna (Demmons) Crafferty, died November 19, 2011, at a Waterville hospital. He was born March 9, 1949, in Jersey City, New Jersey, the son of William and Frances (Kurosh) Crafferty. William served in the United States Marine Corps in Vietnam. He was a loving husband, a well-respected and very funny man. He will be missed by everyone.

In addition to his wife, Donna, of Lincoln, he is survived by six step-children, Sandy Mitchell and Chris of Plymouth, Jessie Coutermarsh, of Florida, Joe Robles and Lisa, of Waterville, Angelina Robles, of Pittsfield, Herbert Robles and Nikki, of Virginia and Carol Wilber and Robert, of Veazie; many grandchildren and one special grandson, John "Bubba" Sommers, of Florida.

A memorial dinner will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday at the American Legion Hall, Fleming St., Lincoln. In lieu of flowers, cards may be sent to Donna Crafferty, 1 Sweet Rd., Lincoln, ME 04457. Arrangements with Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Rd., Lincoln.
