MARY L. BEAN
LOWELL and HUDSON, N.H. – Mary L. Bean, 76, wife of Delbert Bean, passed away Nov. 9, 2011, at a Lincoln hospital. She was born May 1, 1935, in Brownfield, daughter of Gladys (Babb) Armstrong.

For years, Mary was a 4-H club leader in New Hampshire. She was very skilled at sewing and crafts, and was an avid gardener. Mary and Delbert moved from Hudson, N.H., to Lowell, in 1991. She was a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She loved living on Cold Stream Pond and thoroughly enjoyed all of her neighbors.

In addition to her husband of 57 years, Delbert of Lowell, she is survived by a daughter, Donna Ehrler and her husband, Vincent; granddaughter, Nicole Ehrler, all of Francestown, N.H.; brother, Bradford Armstrong and his wife, Tammy, of Conway, N.H.; sister, Elnora Wetter of Florida; several nieces and one nephew. She was predeceased by her mother.

Friends may call 4-6 p.m. Friday, Nov. 11, at Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln, where funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday with Peter Jipson, presiding. Interment will be at Lowell Cemetery.
