Margaret Rosborough

TOPSFIELD – Margaret (McIver) Rosborough, 62, passed away Nov. 4, 2011, at a Bangor hospital. She was born June 24, 1949, in St. Stephen, New Brunswick, daughter of Austin and Mary (Thibeau) McIver.

Margaret had the biggest heart – she was a very caring and giving person. She loved all children; her children and her grandchildren were her life. She loved to travel to Alberta to visit her children. She enjoyed going to church and she loved old country music.

She is survived by seven children, Barbara Toews and Scott, Lisa Crandlemire and David, and Donald Laking and Alicia, all of Alberta, Pam Dyer of Topsfield, Mark Rosborough of Alberta, Mary Jo Smith of Pennsylvania and John Rosborough of Alberta; a brother, John McIver and Chris of Connecticut; three sisters, Kathleen McIver, Elaine Tracy and Gary, and Lorainne McIntyre and Ronald, all of New Brunswick; 17 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Monday at Vanceboro United Methodist Church with the Rev. Ellen Beairsto officiating. Arrangements with Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln.
