MATTAWAMKEAG - Lillian "Betty" Murdo, 67, wife of the late Frank Murdo, died July 19, 2010, at a Lincoln hospital. She was born March 31, 1943, in Kennebunk, the daughter of Charles and Lillian Day. Betty worked as a nurse's aide at the woolen mill and was a homemaker. In addition to her mother, Lillian Poole, she is survived by five children, Howard Michaud, Florence Bubar, Stephen Michaud, Patti Bubar and Karen Normand; a son-in-law, Timothy Normand Sr.; a few siblings; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
