JANICE (COOKSON) BOUSLEY
LAKEVILLE AND SILVER SPRINGS, FLORIDA - Janice (Cookson) Bousley, 72, wife of William R. Bousley, passed away unexpectedly, November 9, 2011, in Florida. She was born May 11, 1939, in Lincoln, the daughter of Edward and Jennie (Hobbs) Cookson. Janice was a 1957 graduate of Ipswich High School, Ipswich, Mass. She was a hairdresser and worked as a licensed practical nurse at Hale Hospital in Haverhill, Mass. She enjoyed traveling, bird hunting, horseback riding, beading and crafts. Her greatest love was seeing her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to her loving husband of 59 years, William Bousley, of Lakeville, she is survived by four children, Bill Bousley and Debra Mendes, of Newmarket, New Hampshire, Doreen Short and Robert, of Ossipee, New Hampshire, Melody LaMore and Daniel, of Newmarket, New Hampshire, Jennifer Doucette, of Ossipee, New Hampshire; Sister, Candance Muise and her husband, Stephen; sister-in-law, Marcia Cookson, of Shiloh, Georgia; life long friends, Joanne and George Leveille, of Lakeville; her pride and joy were her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and not to be forgotten, her loving dog, "precious". In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by two brothers, Ronald Cookson and Gary V. Cookson.

Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday, November 26, at Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Rd., Lincoln. Interment will be in Lincoln Cemetery.
