Hazel Hillman

LEE - Hazel Mae (Lancaster) Hillman, 92, died peacefully Monday, Dec. 7, 2009, at home. Hazel was born May 10, 1917, the daughter of Harold and Edith Lancaster. She was a longtime member of Lee Literary Club and worked at the election polls in Lee for many years.

She was the wife of the late Raymond R. Hillman. She leaves her children, Susan Gulesian, Raymond Hillman Jr., Guy Hillman, Laurie Hillman and Jeffery Hillman; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. All were greatly loved by her. She is survived by a sister, Evangeline; and a sister-in-law, Wilma.

Visiting hours are 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Saturday at Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln. A service of life will be held 2 p.m. Sunday at Clay Funeral Home. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery, Lee. A reception will be held after the burial service at "Home on the Grange." In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations may be made to CHCS - Hospice of Lincoln or to a charity of your choice.
