Dear Candace and family, Know you are in our thoughts. We all enjoyed Maurice and his singing to all the oldies but goodies songs at the Wesley dance. We enjoyed talking with him at those dances too. He was such a kind man and will be missed. Was nice to see you again Candace the evening you came to the Wesley dance with Jackie. Again, know you are in our thoughts. Some of your Wesley dance friends, Sherry Preston and My parents, Richard and Timmie Hayward.

Both I and my wife, Kay, will miss Maurice after all these years of stopping by the house in Topsfield for a brief visit and listening to him whistle or sing some old song. At least we know he is in a better place now and no longer in pain. I can treasure memories of working with Maurice in the woods for the old "Eastern Woodlands"

Thank you, Grampie, for so many wonderful memories. We will think of you often...every time Ryan sings "You are my Sunshine", a song he learned from you, every time we see a Red Sox game, or any time we hear one of the old songs you loved so much. I am so thankful to have had you in my life for so long, but I know where you are now...and I rejoice for you in that you are at peace with our Lord and Savior.
