Alycia- So sorry to hear of your grandfathers passing. Brion was always amazed of how Elwyn could remember everyones birthday in his family. He couldn't remember their names but he knew their bithdays. He was a very nice man. Through the years we would watch his nice garden grow and how he kept his yard so nice. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Hold on to all the nice memories.

Gaylene and Lynnette,

It doesn't seem possible that your dad was 92. It seems like only yesterday that I was in my adolescence and living across the street from you. My fondest memories of your dad are of his vegetable garden...oh, how he loved that. His memory of birthdays also never ceased to amaze me. When I was home in 2006 when my dad passed away, your dad came to the funeral home to pay his respects. Although he didn't recognize me, the second I told him who I was, he immediately told me my birthday. What an amazing man. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and the rest of the family.

Dave
