Another bright light burns out in Burlington with the loss of Dean, he was a true legend, friend, and to me, the biggest help that got me thru many dilemas when I first became PM in Burlington, he and Helen were heaven sent. I will miss him dearly, may you rest in peace my dear friend, and my sincerest sympathys and prayers to Helen and family.

My sincere sympathy to all the Fogg family. Although it has been years since I was last in Burlington during the beginnings of the Stewart M. Lord museum and then the writing of the Burlington history, I remember well my visits with Betty and Norwood and you as all that work moved ahead. My memories of the town of Burlington are treasured and I will always remember my discussions and iteractions with you. I remember Dean as a kind and gentle man. May your wonderful memories of him sustain you now.

It was wonderful to spend time with Dean at the Burlington school. A nicer man you'd never find. He always made me feel like family, greeting me with a smile each time we'd meet, always ready for a conversation and story to share. Here's hoping you find comfort in the many good memories he made with you all.
