I am so sorry for your loss! My thoughts are with all of you, and to Alison and Kelly, I know how hard it is to lose a grandfather, but time heals everything. Just hold your heads high and remember all the wonderful times you shared!

I have been thinking about all the times Albert and I had a connection one way or another. One of the time was when he would borrow a gun from my father. Well that went on for awhile and I got to thinking ,60 years ago that is, that I should have a gun too. Well after alot of teasing I got a 22 like Albert had and to this day I still have it.. Then another time he and Clarkie had bicycles and they took the handle bars off and put steering wheels on, man I thought that was so cool. I suppose I shouldn't take up all the room for comments, but my uncle Carleton told me when he was sick that today is my day and tommow will be yours, and he was right, but you know we never stop thinking about them and I am sure that they are watching over us. Linda you are the sweetest and may GOD give you strength

Dear Davis Family:

I am saddened about the passing of your dad and husband. This is a tough time for everyone.
Albert was a favorite of my Uncle Chris's. He had him work on his Chevy motorhome quite often. It was always in need of "something" and Albert always had the answers and was willing to help out and he worked so cheap!! Uncle Chris was a hard man on help, and he was a colorful fella, but never said anything about Albert but how much " he liked him and his wife, Linda ".

Albert would be out in our yard, feet sticking out from under the motorhome and Uncle
Chris sitting on the steps visiting and discussing the problem under the hood. I am sure that they solved many a worldly problem all the while fixing up the little camper we so came to enjoy out in our yard.

Both of these men are and will continue to be very much missed. They were special, cared deeply for those they loved and would go to any lengths to help out. They are a forgotten breed now a days. I was blessed, and Blessed, on many occasion to have known these men.

You are all in my prayers and thoughts. Ingrid
