EVERETT B. COTTLE
Macwahoc - Everett B. Cottle 83, husband of Donna (York) Cottle passed away peacefully June 17, 2008 surronded by his loving family. He was born June 7, 1925 in Wytopitlock, the son of Harry and Flora (Woods) Cottle. At the age of 16 Everett went to work as a fireman for the C- P Railroad for 26 years and then boomed out west where he worked for Pennsylvania and Ohio Railroads. After that he worked at Great Northern in East Millinocket, retiring in 1987.

In addition to his loving wife of 29 years Donna of Macwahoc; he is survived by two daughters, Cathy Davis and her husband Kenny and Suzanne Apgar and her husband David; stepdaughters Darlene Grass and her husband Ronnie, Jody Dickenson and her husband Andrew, and Maryetta McLaughlin and her husband Clarance; stepsons Earl Cottle and his companion Heather, George Cottle, and Harry Cottle and his wife Charlene; seven grandchildren; ten stepgrandchildren; seven greatgrandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Everett was predeceased by his first wife Sandra (Dotts) Cottle; brothers Ervin, Fletcher, Eugene, Adrian, and one sister Delarosa Ellis.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Sunday June 22 at Clay Funeral Home 7 Lee Road, Lincoln. Burial will follow at the family lot Grindstone Road Cemetery in Medway.
