Barbara Archer

LINCOLN – Barbara L. Archer, 78, wife of the late Lester Archer, passed away May 21, 2011, at a Lincoln health care facility. She was born Aug. 3, 1932, in Millinocket, daughter of Henry and Elva (Turner) Willey. Barbara was a loving mother and grandmother, who was loved by all her family. She enjoyed hunting and fishing, and loved going shopping. She enjoyed traveling.

She is survived by a son, Dale Archer and his wife, Nancy, of Chester; a daughter, Debbie and her husband, Robin Wilcox, of Chester; a stepdaughter, Cheryl and her husband, Jim Michaud, of Westbrook; three sisters, Terri and her husband, Stanley Colby, of Holden, Pat Parlee, and Donna and her husband, Richard Libby, all of Brewer; a brother, Bob Willey and his wife, Barbara, of Bangor several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She also leaves her dog, Bridget.
